How to Reverse Sear Picanha | Porter Road | Big Green Egg

In this video I reverse sear a dry aged Picanha from Porter Road on the Big Green Egg. Seasoned with my Texas Trinity and grilled over Oak and Hickory charcoal from BGE with a handful of pecan chips.

Hello! The tub is from Drip EZ they are available in 3 different sizes. The one I’m using is the medium. Another name for Picanha is Sirloin cap. Thanks for watching!
