Absolutely! Someday I hope I have a room where I can just do these projects....but until then it's the living room floor for me :)

Love the "Happy Homesteader" theme in the beginning. :) Thanks for sharing your experience with this project! I was curious, now that its been awhile, if the batting/padding has stayed in place well over time and with use, or if it started clumping toward the bottom of the back? Or if you somehow secured it in place before wrapping and sealing it up inside? Wondering how it stays in place without the separate compartments and tie-downs (from the looks?) like the original had. Thanks!

Very nice, gonna do that with my old chair too, It's the right fit for me so it's worth it to make a new cover. Hopefully it will come out good. Appreciate your video tutorial. 😊

What is stopping the staples in the arms from poking through and stabbing your arm when you inevitably put weight on it?

They are short enough staples that they do not go all the way through the wood piece they are stapled to.

what size of staples to use ?
