E300 Electric Scooter: Replacing the Rear Wheels
Difficulty level: easy
Repair time: approximately 20 minutes
This guide to replacing the rear wheel on the E300 is also helpful when replacing the rear wheels on E300S scooters. Please note, the rear wheel, when purchased from Razor, comes as a complete assembly with the tire already mounted to the hub and the sprocket attached.

Always wear appropriate safety equipment. Exercise caution and common sense - do not assume you can easily to everything you may see on a video, because all trick or aggressive riding takes practice and involves increased risks. Always check local laws regarding use of electric-powered products.

remove the 4 bolts and take out the tube then use a gas station pump to fill it up
I've got another scenario for you. One of the side nuts won't budge, so you can only unscrew one of them. There is no way to unscrew the other nut while the axle is loose and spinning and you just can't lock it in place. Then you f^&king HAMMER the wheel out of its slot.

If you got one nut off - there should be nothing holding the other one. You can simply slide the axle out of the hub with the other nut still attached.

@@MrStyle2 I think you just saved me a headache. The bigger “rubber washer thingy” goes inside the brake? Between the metal drum and black piece?

@@MrStyle2 dang. Oh well. My biggest issue has been getting all the washers and spacers in proper location. Bought a used one for my boy for Christmas and had to replace rear inner tube and tire. Everything back together but the wheel doesn’t spin and I have a spacer left. I’ll figure it out
This is only useful if you want to pull your existing rear wheel and then put it back into its original position. If you actually needed to install a new wheel, this tutorial leaves out the entire axel removal and washer placement. In other words, not very helpful.
Garbage video....not one second on how to remove the tire from the rim! Who has a whole new wheel assembly to swap out?
This video was deceptively shot and produced with not much helpful info.
