The most useful part of this video is the revelation that there are a couple of screws that have to be removed underneath the rear "feet" of the laptop. As my rear feet have both been replaced with homemade Sucru feet, I never would have seen this. Thank you!

Does it work without the battery? I'm used to having it plugged in at all times anyway but now the battery is growing and deforming the frame.

get rid of that battery ASAP, its a fire hazard. Get it replaced.

When do you replace the battery......

For instance, if it ''grows'', like mine. It got double as thick as it was. Can blow up everytime.

This video sucks because now I can’t hold a charge. It says plugged in but cannot charge for whatever reason.

What battery did you use for replacement? Asus original or 3rd party?

@@romanbaranovichi5375 o used original battery. the issue was the plug was not inserted correctly now all is working ok. i have 8h of battery time :).
