That's great, I'm glad it was helpful!
Make sure the calipers on these work freely after a new brake installation. They are one of those type calipers that are bad about having drag problems after a brake pad change, needing replacement with some reman ones
Gotta love the timelessness of the internet- I’ll be using your video shortly to do the breaks on my Chrysler T&C and I also wants to thank you for the great quality video! I’ll check out all your other videos now!

Thank you for watching. Good luck with your brakes!
Great video. One thought is to maybe watch brake master cylinder when pushing brake piston in with clamp. Don't want brake fluid to spill out making a mess and will ruin paint.
Very good advice and video.
Thanks again very very good
This is a great video, thanks for sharing your expertise.
Thank you.
Within the past 5 videos i can tell your getting better at this whole KZread thing, nice work. By day 30 your gonna feel like a professional KZreadr and then it’s gonna be awkward because your gonna be used to posting content but your 30 day challenge will be over with.
Nice
Very good camera position, made it really easy to follow. Thank you very much

Thanks! Glad I could help.
Teacher and you don’t even mention the BOLTS SIZES 😂🤣 14 mm , 12 mm
A great benefit to your videos would be telling the tools and sizes needed on that specific job
only thing i noticed was didnt use any lube or antiseize
Are you able to share what sizes are needed to remove the bolts off the caliper and to remove the two large bolts from behind the rotor, please? In other words, what socket size or wrench size? Thank you!!! Great video!!!

I don't remember the size but I do know that it was metric.
What about “anti squeal” lube that some pads come with. Does that go on the replacement clips? Is it necessary?

I don't use it on the pad abutment clips. I was taught at the General Motors training center that it attracts dirt, causing more harm than good. You won't find any vehicle manufacturer's that use it on their new cars pad abutments either. (But I have worked with good techs that use it) If your vehicle has caliper slide pins that are sealed that is where it is designed to be used. But I prefer Napa's Sylglide (spelling may be off) or 100% silicone for the caliper slide pins.
Great video!! Where the video for the jacks stand? Thanks
Thank you u r a good teacher im going to fix my car

Happy to help! Good luck!
Sad we didn't include the tool sizes
Great video. Very thorough. Question: do you open the cap on the master cylinder before you compress the caliper piston?

did you figure out your answer?
do you always change the rotor when you do a brake job. the rotor is smooth 50000 mile

No, on my own car I would not replace good rotors. On a customers car I always replace rotors so I can then warranty the complete brake job for wear, noises, and vibrations. If my own car starts to pulsate when I brake in 15,000 miles I will replace my rotors and not my pads. I will know it's because I saved the same amount of money that it is now costing me minus the extra labor.

@@andyandnancy would be nice to have a video on when to replace rotors for do our own people
Excellent Video . Thank you !!! Doing the front Pads tommorrow. Edit ; ( tommorrow is Here )Just Got done doing them . Piece of cake .
Just curious, how come it seems the piston is pushed so far back? Other videos I've watched the piston once pushed back is almost flush with the housing?

It must of been the camera angle. The top of the piston was about flush with the caliper. Good luck replacing your brakes.
