How to replace Fluke 12 Multimeter LCD screen that has screen bleed

In this video I show you how I replaced the LCD screen in my Fluke 12 multimeter.
The LCD screen had bled from the corners, although still usable I decided to replace it as I’d had the meter for some years and for the sake of £18ish thought it was worth it.
Ordered the screen off eBay from a seller in China and it arrived seven days after placing the order.

Thank You Sir, for a concise and accurate repair procedure. My beloved Fluke 12 is once again readable. My screen was about 2/3 dead, I must have ordered my replacement screen from the same place in China where you got yours! Again, thank you!

They are worth saving, first got mine when I started my repair business and although I'm now retired still have a use for it. Many thanks for your great comment.
