Good video. For anyone watching now, those electrode wires were recalled (the newer ones have an hourglass shape and ridges along them).

Very nice way to replace it good job buddy
The yellow wire is the water level sensor. The two black wires connect to the electrodes that heat the water.
I replaced the canister but three lights are on, power, steam and fill, but it just keeps draining, do you have any idea why?
How often do you need to replace?
Nice tutorial. How often do you run into steam humidifiers? I only ever come across the bypass ones.
