Looks fine mostly. Some concern about the sliding seals traveling far enough to pass over the weld area. Another weld pass and machining would fix that. One thing you try to avoid is machinist doing critical welds. Those bright individuals always know welding is usually a crude way to join things. Thusly do not do the job the way a real welder would. Have seen this a thousand times. The vital root weld on the shaft was done down pass and weaved, so very little penetration. As was the following pass. The result looks great, but it isn’t. The shaft is so oversized it should last for years anyway.
