Guys, please pay attention to the editing especially the sound. The difference between speech and music is too great, the speech is too quiet and the music is too loud. This means that you’re constantly adjusting the volume which is really annoying. Spoilt what would have been an otherwise brilliant video 😡

It's a vocal enhance to try and remove the background noise but agree the audio to camera ruins a good video shame the detail bay is in a warehouse

Agreed, the music lessons the experience. I have to imagine as I do many with headphone struggle with video mixes like this.

Just a wee tip, if you use tar and glue remover then iron remover it'll save you're claybar for clogging up as much. Chemically removing the contaminants before physically removing them.

I love using the ultimate quick detailer after every wash! Makes my car look extra shiny and the panels feel smooth to the touch!🤙

What a great product Wash Plus is!! one of my favs!

I use most of them but I have the ceramic liquid wax in the green bottle and I love the results. Im a beginner DIY and from the 1st time using the compound I noticed a huge difference ❤

I’ve done my mistreated x5 last week with all this products, except the clay, and I can say it makes a great difference, looks and feels great and dirt doesn’t stick to it that much anymore. Working on a building sit means my car is covered in all sorts of dust and dirt but now is all easy to remove. Great procedure and great product.

I've got a mk1 rs focus doing fancy showing me how to do it it's a clean car and it's got a show in May this year

On dark colored cars such as black, I prefer waxes over SiO2 based products. Wax gives a more natural shine, vs the overly plastic looking of SiO2. We can argue over durability, but frequently applied, waxes can hold their own.

We know if we remove swirl mark/scratch the clear coat layer is eroded. Is there tips n trick to add or replace the clear coat layer?

I am using compound on the grill of my Jeep, do I absolutely HAVE to use polish and then wax afterwards? Or can I just use ultimate compound and then wax it? Thanks

After the polish stage, will any wax be ok? Meaning, do we use the ultimate no matter what followed by the green liquid ceramic?...or is the green liquid ceramic find as a supplement for the ultimate wax?

I use the same method as this video guided me. However, the flat surface (red) one same as the video and after wiped down it give me cloudiness but if I did it by hand will make the shine looking. I need help to resolve the cloudiness.

I prefer the lowest speed setting and no more pressure than the weight of the polisher. And that goes for any compound polish or pad.

So I'm impressed, I've just ordered a MT320 ULT kit. BUT I've got an Merc SLK with ridges on the bonnet/hood. Can I use the machine over those or is there a risk of removing the finish? Obviously can't keep the pad flat.

We would recommend working up to curves and creases in the paint, never over them.

I have already applied Meguiar's Hybrid Ceramic Wax on my car. Can I directly go wash and apply compound? or I need to take out the Hybrid Ceramic Wax?

We would recommend using our Multi Purpose Cleaner (sprayed directly to a towel) to give the blades a deep clean.

Don't need to use water. Shake your compound / polish well and use straight from the container.

No I tried :( get yourself a DA polisher and some glass polish. It will save the day

Clay will remove above surface contaminants (such as tree sap) but it will no remove stains. I would recommend our Glass Compound.

i asked this question on their web page a month ago, response was no need to use ipa, used their compound and polish after clay bar did not use ipa, so far wax holding up good at a month

I used the compound + polish yesterday, it was very difficult to remove it! I had to remove it almost immediately, because the longer I left it on, the harder and harder it was to remove. What im doing wrong ?

Try to do it when it is not too hot outside. Do it in a shaded area. Do smaller sections at a time and don't over do the number of passes. If using a polisher keep the speed low to medium. Wipe off before it dries. This method has worked for me on my black Infiniti G37s coupe. Hope that helps.

Compound then polish. Or polish then compound 😊

Between 4800-5800 is our swirl slaying speed when using Ultimate Compound and MT320.

Lost count, how many products was that?

I agree! great content. Terrible music. I'm researching systems, McG v Chem Guys v Turtle etc. Had a hard time getting through this video. My wife in the other room asked me "what the heck are you watching? It's terrible"

Isnt compound a little too abrasive for little swirls?....why not just use a polish

I’ve over 20 years as a vehicle painter, and I see you’ve made the biggest mistake after machine compound polishing, when applying any wax, polishes, or glazes you should always apply in straight lines, or your just putting minor swirls back into the the clearcoat. If you want the ultimate paint correction, sand the panels wet with a DA sander and a 3000 Trizac disc first before machine compounding.

Question for you: i had my black tahoe repainted black. It looks great from a distance but there is swirl marks in the finish in various spots. How can i get them out by hand and not wet sanding? Would you recommend a polishing compound or rubbing compound?

Maybe for future videos the guy talks low and the music is way to loud

The Meguiars video I watched right before this one told me to section off 2x2 feet sections only to polish. "Don't try and work any sections bigger than that." And in this video the guy is polishing half the entire hood at a time. - After about 4 videos I'm thoroughly confused as everyone claims their method is the right way. THE MUSIC IS TOO LOUD.

First time I've seen anyone add wash to the mit. I mean seems like a waste of product to me why not just foam it rinse then foam it again and use two bucket method. Less soap used money saved.

Watch alot of vids and enjoy but you go against everything you say. So not to use a carwash soap with wax because you want to compound/polish on a base with no wax on it…. Well you use a quick wax as a lubricant for the clay bar literly rubbing it into the paint. Use a bucket of h20 with dawn. That would be what you do. You try to sell to kuch of your product is the problem. We buy the stuff as we see fit/ want anyway. Dont go against doing the right thing to sell an extra bottle of a product

Horrible products, they dry supper fast and bearly gives you time to wipe it off, and even if you wipe off on time they leave residue/stains on your paint

unfortunately your Hero product can not remove swirls and small scratches at all!!! It can definetely restore a faded colour but thats it. No more. Helping to get a mirror finish, yes , but removing small scratches and swirls....no way! These pads, the compound pads, are very strong and they create holograms and swirls but by using a polish pad and the ultimate compound, the results are better
