How to Remove Old Stains From Le Creuset Enamel Pans Safely Without Chemicals For Resale

Ойын-сауық

In this video I will show How to Remove Old Stains From Le Creuset Enamel pan that I purchased at an estate sale to resell in the eBay store. It was easier than I had actually anticipated and I was able to do it without ususng any harsh chemicals. Le Creuset is very expensive to purchase so being able to clean it and sell it for a discount to someone is really satisfying.
Thanks so much for watching!

I watched a woman from Europe last night who had a pot like that that was discolored on the inside and what she said, was to boil water in it, and then add some citric acid which is natural. Let it boil for about five minutes then tip it out then immediately wipe away all the discoloration and it worked perfectly!

On the base, I would recommend you use barkeepers friend in the powder form.

I found from a youtube channel a good way to clean le creuset is with OxyClean. There is no bleach in it. It uses enzymes. I like oxyclean and use it on my whites in the laundry. I always have it around, so I tried it in my big dutch oven, which had asmall amount of staining. I tried the baking soda and hot water first and it helped a little, but the oxyclean was much better. One cup of oxyclean in the pot and add very hot or boiling water to it. Let it sit overnight. Next day, my pot looked beautiful.

Dawn powerwash is probably the best dish soap, but, it's filled with chemical surfactants. In fact, suds are chemicals.
