What on this requires programming? It’s a radio module. If I get a used unit from a same trim model would I still need programming?
If installing by myself, who do I call to program it?

You need to take your car to GM dealers for programming.
Is this the same for 2017 GMC Acadia?

Just small flat screw driver.
Came here to see how to disconnect the cables. He did that off camera.

Each connector has a small clip. Push the clip inward with a small flat screw driver then pull the plug out.
