my list of variables under MOVIES is a lot shorter and doesn't have enable or disable tracks? any idea how to add it? not sure why it's missing

Great video it help me a lot. But i have a doubt when i first open Quicktime it let me change de original audio of the video for a track that i want just by dragging the track i wanted. but i do not what happened and now i need to use your method.

There is a simple way, may be in more recent release of Quicktim/MacOS. In Edit menu you have remove video and remove audio option
