Instagram I recoverd my lost messages I never thought I could retrieve the only proof I had till I met him on Instagram 😊

If doesn't matter for this, and you just turn off and on Sync this iPhone option to see if this method works for you.

Yes, stop use your phone and do the recovery as soon as possible to prevent your deleted messages from being overwritten. You could try iOS Data Recovery software and do a free scan to find your deleted texts.

iOS 16 and later version has a Recently Deleted folder to quickly restore your deleted messages. If your iOS version is earlier than iOS 16, you need to use other methods to recover your messages.

It doesn’t show the deleted messages (your software) after scanning, it is always 0

If the software shows nothing after the deep scan, it's most likely that your deleted messages have been overwritten by any other data on your phone, and couldn't be recovered.

Have you tried iOS Data Recovery software mentioned at 2:37? It should help you scan your phone and find out deleted messages that can be recovered. If your 6-year-ago deleted messages could not be found, it's mostly likely that they have been overwitten by any new data.
