When they are focusing on a task, how they look is secondary -- they can be unclean at times, but only because they are doing something important. "Oh, who are you Boss of?" "Anyone who takes note of my clothing choices over a long period of time, obviously. I've never had a conscious thought to what you decide to wear." And I genuinely appreciate the extroverts who hoover up all of the chaff. They clear a wide path for us. Don't be sorry. Eye contact is a matter of respect. It shows that you have no fear. And if someone has a problem with it then they're testing you for dominance. I'm not scared to get my ass kicked so I don't back down when they start. Most of the time it's a fake alpha. Real alphas respect You for showing no fear or backing down. They also see the eye contact as a sign of respect. That's why I don't focus hard when making direct eye contact with someone. When I'm done, I move on to the next objective. P.S. Alphas don't have time to check if you're challenging them through eye contact. They're too busy maintaining their status amongst others trying to take their spot. That's why sigma's don't like being, or maintaining, alpha status. Despite the control and power that comes with it.

Many people comment to me about my lone travels and way of being. Yet I am quite social and I enjoy engaging and chatting up with all kinds of people. Im a sigma man in Brazil. People see me as the odd one. They see me like this because I don't gossip, I don't waste time on sport, I study, I have a strong pereonality, I don't talk too much. That's what a real man is. Working on MYSELF and taking care of my life, minding my own business doesn't make me odd. But you know how things work. The vast majority of people are doomed down, waste theis life in drugs, alcohol, a shitty life and then call me odd because I like to study, call me nerd. It takes a high level of self love, which I have, I love myself 100%, to look around you and see everyone pointing their finger on you calling you weird and confidently keep doing what you are doing. It's also not hard to see that people are sick in the head. I will always follow my calling and whoever gets in my way Will be beaten down. That's my mantra. That makes me a sigma. I am the leader of my own life. Do what I want and I don't follow the crowd.

But the entire Sigma/Alpha/Beta/Omega/whatever hierarchy is not a dispassionate attempt to describe different kinds of men. It is a value system, built on fear, insecurity and elitism. The entire point is that men at the top of the hierarchy abuse the men lower down. And they deserve to do so, because they are higher in value than their lessers. No-one who trusts this stuff wants to be a Beta, because Betas get abused by everyone above them. No, all believers want to be Alphas or Sigmas - the elites at the top of the pile. The safest and most secure men, who get to abuse everyone else. No believer is ever going to look at themselves, and honestly conclude they're anything but an Alpha or Sigma. Because if they concluded that they were a Beta, that would mean accepting that they were of low value, and deserved abuse. No-one in their right mind would accept that. So if a believer doesn''t fit the criteria of Alpha or Sigma, they will naturally try to change themselves to fit, to escape their status as a Beta. This entire ideology is hostile to honest self-analysis and self-expression.

what I found fascinating by this and perhaps, that is part of the sigma male path.... - I listened twice...once with my eyes closed - is the dissonance between the images chosen in the videos...and the words spoken - the words seem to craft the image a solid reliable man who cares for himself and respects himself and the by extension of that, for his goals etc. - yet so many of the men shown, are characters of profoundly lacking moral character, respect, good judgement. Most are men of great avarice, greed, violence as means to control, psychopathic tendencies, or are myths- it as if this is a visual representation of two inner worlds at struggle with the other... one part of the psyche saying sigma good...another part saying sigma bad. Even, the lone wolf analogy plays to the myth versus the natural world reality; lone wolves are solo due to being ill or unpredictable and dangerous to the well being of the pack..... Is that was sigma's are then?

Looks and appearance doesn't matter to them AT ALL, unless the situation dictates it, and if the situation dictates, they may just pass on being in the situation, or change the situation.....
