@@weshouser821 I’m 63, widowed after 28 years, have bagged more real women in the 70’s and 80’s and after my wife passed than you have ever talked to, until the juice was no longer worth the squeeze. I had shower liners in my nightstand and not for showers. I just focus on other things than dead end relationships and drama with modern women. They have nothing to offer me, but low IQs, headaches, and drama. Simping is for males not men.

Beta men= Got into an argument with the cashier at taco bell once and got my money back. Goes on line and says= I'm a sigma warrior who always makes sure I have the receipts before I go into Battle. Like how stay at home mom's described their vocations using military and UFC lingo and terminology to come to the conclusion "They kick ass".

INTJ is the personality type. Roughly 2 in 100 people. You do what YOU want to do. Some may call you stubborn because you wont just fall in line unless it makes sense to you. You stand on your own 2 feet and dont have to rely on others or ask their opinion. You are HIGHLY independent. You dont HAVE to have female companionship unless they are pleasant to be around. You can take or leave them. You have plenty of interests on your own so you are never bored. If someone wants to join you then you make it enjoyable for them as well. If they are not enjoyable to be around you will not have them around. The ones that earn your respect you will help each other as you both make your way in life. This is my experience.

Once I tested as an intj it all clicked and made sense. Wouldn't have it any other way. It is very much a sigma outlook.

@@andersnielsen6044 I think the big reason is the Introvert label. Betas and Gammas read that and ignore the rest of the Sigma descriptors, even though those other descriptors are why they want to be a Sigma. Personally I believe that Sigma's are Ambiverts (With introvert leanings.), and should be labeled that way. The Sigma likes their alone time because it allows them time to process all of the input they have taken in, and allows them to do what they want, when they want. Sure large chaotic crowds can be a pain, but I think this happens because of all the input that the Sigma is taking in with limited ability to process it all, they are getting information overload. One of the major Sigma descriptors that Betas and Gammas are ignoring is that the Sigma can lead a group, and do it well… when they choose to do so.

I don't call myself anything... You pointed out a lot of behaviors I have ...as well as a few other things I thought made me unique except it turns out...my personality type is just rare ...

5/5.. always been like that but don't consider myself anything . Learned early on that my Peace is everything and being able to cut malignant people out of my life in an instant is a gift from God. I thrive in solitude. Very deep thinker. As an engineer, my career suits my personality well.

My motivation for going to the gym has to do with a discovery I made years ago. When I am fit I can function well on 5 hours of sleep a night. When I am out of shape I am tired most of the time and do not think clearly because my brain always feels like it's in a fog and I need at least 8 hours of sleep to function at a normal level. Staying fit therefore gives me more time to pursue what ever activities I am using to improve myself everyday!

I am guessing this is why I find I have always become the target for narcissists. In the workplace when they would try to discredit me I would point high up on the wall behind them. they turn see nothing and ask me what am I pointing at? "The score board. I see my name up there, but where's yours. Talking the talk aint walking the walk" I would reply Then just go about my business.

A real Sigma male wouldn't need any information from this video because a real Sigma male naturally does these things, i didn't even know there was a word for my personality until i started watching these video's and realized that's me because ive been this way most of my life. That's the difference between Sigma's, Alpha's and Beta's, Sigma's are born this way Alfa's and Beta's are made.

this video made me cry so hard. i feel so alone never been able to connect with others and being viewed as awkward by others all the time. I am always beefing with controlling alpha males. i value my alone time and personal space. I can actually sit there for hours doing nothing and not be bored because my Brian never fully rests, I over analyze and over think everything. i work best alone because its easier to do the job with no one else in my head space and I don't have to account for them. I am not your just every day nerd, i have a warrior sprit, i have been working out almost every day, did Muy Thai for over a decade now lift weights, work a hard construction job. I don't enjoy drinking only did it so people don't feel awkward around me. fuck this life is lonely, I truly feel like no one else thinks like me only made strong connections in the military.

Only in the last year have I felt the Gym is my missing piece of this puzzle! I have a membership but like you don’t go often… I think it scares me to know that the once the puzzle piece of a healthy lifestyle is finally put in place the Outcome is going to be the Difference in the attainment of my Manifestations!! This is a great video for anybody to see what being a confident man is. Every chapter fits me like a T but im not going around saying im a sigma male. It's just a label and doesnt mean anything to me and doesn't define me. I dont like being in a box and told this is who you are and where you belong. F*** no. I need to grow and adapt. I simply see myself as quiet confidence; however, i can be a lively extroverted introverted chap and socialize with all persons alike. At the end of the day, though, my solitude and peace and quiet is everything. My mind is always thinking and i need my time alone to process thess thoughts and recharge. Solitide is true happiness for me. Im not afraid to face challenges alone. I meet them. It's empowering to know you rose to the occasion because of you and you alone in that moment. Everyone feels alone or unwanted from time to time, even people in marriages. Loneliness is the key term here. But when it becomes a pattern, then you have to ask the question of are you feeling depressed. That's not what solitude is. Solitude is not loneliness. Solitude is empowering. I draw energy from it. It wasnt chosen for me, solitude; I chose it. I seeked it out. If you're a true blue extrovert, it may be very difficult to wrap your head around a life of limiting or downright eliminating people from encroaching on your personal space. My privacy is very important to me. This aint a party. Only so many people are allowed in. The rest can f*** off. The most important thing in your life is you and you must choose to live a life with purpose to find true happiness, regardless if you're an introvert, extrovert, sigma, alpha, gamma radiation Hulk, animal, vegetable, or mineral. Dont focus on these labels. Focus on yourself and your needs and find what drives you and dont take your foot off the accelerator for nothing and nobody. Just keep going.

I never knew I was a SIgma male until recently. In fact, I had never heard of a Sigma male before. So glad to know a term has been coined that describes me. Who would have thunk!!!

I prefer solitude and being an outsider. Taking the path least or never traveled. I only have one friend. But the friend is like-minded.

There is no such thing as a fake beta, alpha, sigma. I figured out because of my personality, traits, and characteristics, I found out what percentage of a Sigma I am and when to be an Alpha. You can be "Always" 90% of one but 10% of the other. It is how you configure yourself with societal adaption and the situation (whether it requires full of one or just 10% of the other). Know which one you are men, know how to be one, and know when to be your 10% which will save you in many situations without giving your cards away to females or in any situation. :)

Yes your right when you say alphas constantly need validation but us sigmas don't need it because we're confident in our self..

Ι do all of them except one thing. I don't have to go to the gum. I love my body the way it is. Not perfect but also not a balloon. And you don't have to read books. Sigma types are naturally this way and don't pretend. I've always been like everything said in this video which seems to be a more accurate way of putting it than most videos I've only learned of this type this year while I've been like this all my life without trying. I remember back in my young adult years in active duty Army every weekend I went off and did my own thing and didn't hang around my battle buddies and I'd bee gone the entire weekend. Everyone was always questioning where I go and what I do every weekend. I was a huge mystery to them. All I did was get out cause I hated having a roommate in the barracks and I went to Savannah on weekends, stayed in a cheap hotel, went to a movie alone, and went to a trail off Tybee Island and walked it alone enjoying myself. I'd pick a spot with a good view and with no people around and just reflect and enjoy the view. Did that like every weekend minus times of being on field exercises. If that's not Sigma then I don't know what is. Was also at home being an over-the-road trucker of 15yrs alone. Love traveling the open road on my own schedule. As long as I pickup and deliver on time and money the law I do my own thing. Over-the-road trucking is not for an extrovert, you likely won't make it long.

I don't call MYSELF a sigma. I let everyone else do it.

Everything that is stated 100% correct.

The "sigma" concept seems like it appeared on the internet around the same time every real life alpha male was up to get cancelled. Too much of this is designed to give one the aura of feeling like a badass in your loneliness, but if your skill set gets you nowhere initiating at all then you're a wallflower.

I didnt know anything about sigma males till a few weeks ago . I travel alone because no one else wants to go to places i go . I dont go to tourist spots i head for the remote places . The best way to learn a culture is to live the way they do . I learned how survive in the woods and also how to survive on some of the worst streets in the city . One of my most valuable tools is being able to read a persons body language . .. I see in the comments someone said everyone wants to be a sigma male . Ha ha ha . I could care less of what people call me . I dont call myself a sigma male . I am not even sure what a sigma male is . I just know I do things my own way and I dont like outside influence . It says that this is the place where sigmas can bond . Do sigmas ever really bond ?

Find it funny that so many people are experts that is unique to its own. Most people want to talk about sigma's or alphas because they feel they are one. Every alpha or sigma I've ever met according to these definitions never thought of themselves in that way.

I just have one friend world over. But I talk to anyone.

There is one thing missing here. All the Sigma males I know (3 of them - they are that rare) are way above the intelligence of someone with say a Masters degree. We use our intellect to weigh and evaluate evidence before choosing a path. My last proper holiday was in Siberia mountaineering - on my own. No hotel booked just the flights. My next holiday is booked for a nice comfy holiday villa again on my own and it has a private indoor swimming pool. Not a huge pool but enough to get some exercise swimming. As for speaking I have to 100% agree. I usually have at least a couple of academic books and some peer reviewed journal articles to back me up on just about anything I say.
