How much material is needed?
Each chair used about 1.5 yards of material for the cushions and about 1 yard for the trim.
My screws won't stay in for the backing of the chair. What do I need to do?
Glue dowels into the old screw holes to completely fill the space, then drill new holes in the dowels.
What kind or size thickness of vinyl did you buy?
We used 5 mil vinyl from JoAnn Fabrics. Since this project, though, we have bought vinyl from each of these suppliers: bigzfabric.com/ and www.marinevinylfabric.com/pro... and we liked the quality better than what we got from JoAnn.
What type of sewing needle should I use?
