Ойындар

How to setup junctions? What do the colors mean? How do signals work? All these questions will be answered and more in this ultimate rail guide.
My tutorials and how to guides are aimed at new players, who may have skipped the in game tutorial or found issue with the same. This game has many hidden features, and I aim to show you all of them.
WR:SR is an amazing sandbox city/republic builder, that allows you to control all aspects of your new country, from citizens happiness, health, education to production chains, vehicle and resource production, import export. You can do all this by truck, train, ship, and in the near future plane. There are a million ways to make your republic your own and that’s what we will do.

    Thanks. Nice and concise. I still haven’t had a chance to start playing but your videos are preparing me well 😉. Didn't know about the white signals do glad I saw this video of yours else I would have designed train passing areas differently i.e. with signals separating the passing areas.

    Great tutorial, and also the game is great, l bought it because of your tutorials. Can you make one about buses? l cant figure out how much l need for a route to be optimal, and also which speed/capacity is the best.

  • @bballjo

    @bballjo

    2 жыл бұрын

    There is no real answer. It comes down to your frequency and capacity on the route. Setup a bus, any bus, let it run, look at how many workers are still in the production when the bus comes back ..add busses until you are satisfied with the workers. Also enable line spacing, by clicking on the hourglass within the vehicle window.

    I have a problem with my trains clogging at the border office. Do you have any references or guides to how to fix this issue? Example: I have a junction infront of the office, even though 2/3 lines at the office are empty, an incoming train will try to go to the full lane and just sit there infront of it blocking the way.

    You should do a "Norwegian rail" challenge; no double lines! :D Seriously though, should you always do a double rail line in this game, or is it possible to set up a usable single line rail with meeting points where trains can pass each other?

    The new update claims that it's making 2 way track more achievable...I haven't been able to test that, however, throughput may still be a problem, as my playthroughs rely heavily on trains...but that just means I have to be more effective with the trains I have...I may try this :)

    How do you signal a single track dead end siding?

  • @bballjo

    @bballjo

    Жыл бұрын

    Always use chain to enter a junction and block signal to exit...so in this case use a mixed signal with the block signal pointing to the dead end.

    Bro, i have a question but not about rail. Why my distribution office always warning me about "Some vehicle doesn't have fuel" even if i auto buy full fuel on that office + there a gas station next to it + normal electricity. So the car will eventually all stop because of that... I dont get it yet why that happen 😅

    So in a cloverleaf, how do you set up the in and out semaphores? I guess I'll figure it out there are just a lot of in And out junctions in that cloverleaf 🙂 great video sir, I appreciate it. I'm glad you explaned mix singas they were always a bit if a mystery, I knew where to use them but why was somewhat up in the air, I was right it turns out but it's good to know for sure 🙂 thank you

  • @bballjo

    @bballjo

    For a true cloverleaf junction I signal it exactly the same, chain in, block out...but since nothing should block anything and no rail crosses into the opposite side you could use all block signals.

    @@bballjo cool that's what I was thinking because what I have seen is is that my longer trains get themsekve stuck on some chain singnqls sometimes. I mean that may be because I didn't make a great cloverleaf and leave enough room which is my fault But this was.literally the first one i ever made. Hopefully I will get better at it as time goes on 🙂

    I have and love those games too. The Tpf series is more limited, as you only manage transport...in wrsr you manage transport plus every else that a republic needs, transport is just a small but vital part to it. Plus wrsr is much better at late game performance so you can play bigger and longer. Personally I would highly recommend WRSR.
