    Hi mate, im in a tough situation aswell. I bought David Burns feeling great book which describes how to use cbt on ur own to heal depression. I have found it very helpful. And i thought it might help u to. Stay strong dude

    I just found your channel, your information your enthusiasm and your expression of encouragement of wanting to get us to help ourselves is motivating, I sure wish you didn't curse, ending it with saying you are a bad ass mother f....doesn't encourage one with anxiety or low self esteem...
