Very informative video thank you! I am still learning and notice that every single youtuber uses the legacy interaction system. Why is this? As a beginner, i find the tooltips mostly helpful and from trying legacy for a bit, it is impossible to see what setting most buttons and switches are on. Is this recommended mainly for immersion for more experienced captains? Thank you!

People switch to legacy because it is easier to control buttons and knobs in the cockpit, however, you can turn on Cockpit tooltips and highlights in legacy mode too, go to Options, and under Accessibility, just under the option to switch to LEGACY, you have 2 options to have MENU and INSTRUMENT tooltips, so whenever you mouseover instrument in the cockpit, it will pop the tip for it.

@FlyOverGames thanks for your reply! I don't know how I missed those options but I will enable them and see how I get on. I can always turn them off later then when I am more familiar with the plane.

I am very sorry but, my tutorials are 100% based on a PC, I don't have a console and I don't know any difference between a PC and a Console because I never tried a console, and if you see sometimes that something does not work for you and you are on a console then that tutorial is probably not applicable for you.

@@niteowl360android Thank you for the nice comment. Majority of my tutorials are general aviation knowledge so you can use them even on console, but sometimes will be something like this one, and I'm sorry for that, i didn't even realise its not applicable for consoles untill i read your comment.

the line"cocpit interaction system" does not feature in my 2020 version of MSFS(in xbox series x) - any clue where I can still find it ?

I am sorry I only do tutorials for the PC, I do not have Xbox and I don't know anything about the difference between PC and the Xbox. Maybe Xbox doesn't have that option for some reason, I really don't know.

Thank you for the comment, you may have Simbrief without a subscription, you need to make Navigraph free account, however, you cant have Navigraph Charts for free, it is part of the subscription.

@@oceanboy25 What airplane, A320 B737 ?? You can enter flight plan manually in the FMC/MCU if you don't have Simbrief, also you can have free Simbrief but it will use older airac.

@@oceanboy25 FBW A320 have integration with Simbrief, you can use free Simbrief and just call the flight plan in the A320 from Simbrief with the tablet on the left window. You must go to settings on the tablet and put Simbrief account number or login name. Also you can enter flight plan manually in the MCDU, there are many videos on the youtube how to enter flight plan manually in the MCDU. I plan to make video about that in the future, but for now just browse youtube and find one. It is not easy to explain here in the comments, you must watch a video to see.
