I was looking for info on the hair arrow rest vs plastic rest... This answered it for me, his comment about the noise of arrow on plastic vs silence on the hair rest... I want silent. I'm not hunting, I just want to "be ninja" lol.

I just started using one of these on my new bow. I’ve been really impressed with everything I’ve bought from shatterproof. It’s a level of quality you don’t see much anymore.

I am old now and recall Old guys using a match stick on the shelf and sometimes on the riser below the hair rest. Great videos Sir . Thanks !

Had to put my triangle upside down cause thats the only way the fur wouldnrun with arrow flight. Must have been a bad cut still works thougj

add a match stick under the rest right above the grip pivot point... makes a HUGE difference in arrow flight...

Hi, Beginner here. Are these kind of rests for FEATHER fletch arrows only? I mean, can we use plastic fletched arrows on these as well?

Hey Kramer, Just listening to this upload. Umm, do you shoot your arrows with the index feather straight up like a compound archer? You talked about clearance between the shelf pad and riser for the fletching. It shoot my arrows with the index feather facing me ( RH ) have I been doing wrong all this time?

I prefer the Hair rests from Bear, but I always put them on but not all the way only the inner half then trim, I have found this the most easy way to trim a rest. If that New bow is not below the price of the most expensive Traditional one piece bow That Bear makes, the $600 Bear Chyane, I might get the Shatterproof bow seeing how this bow has the Bear Grizzly bow shape.

Why do you put the index or cock feather next to the side of the riser shelf when everone else does the opposite?

I thought with a proper tune and arrow spine, the feathers never actually touch the shelf? You mentioned leaving a gap for feathers

Traditional??? Not to be mean but i haven't seen any paintings or anything that suggests that this is traditional.

How to properly install a traditional archery rest? Put your hand on the bow and shoot over your knuckles like humans have been doing for 1000's or years. Having an arrow rest and a window cut out of the bow isn't really traditional archery. These are rather more modern innovations, and should therefore be considered barebow archery at best.
