Me too
Native speakers of English should be thankful that they learnt the language without studying pronunciation.

Arabic is more complex and harder in pronunciation.
Too bad I didnt have such a great teacher in my mid school. You helped me separate british from american in your videos. You also made clear so many things I kinda knew and could predict right forms but couldnt explain why if someone would like to ask me about it. I learnt english language actually myself. From games, movies etc. Never had anyone I could consult things with though my english speakin friends sometimes explained me things when I asked them for it. Thanks Elliott. You are fantastic person and teacher. All the best to you for such an amazing work 🙏
Tbh im in love with ur accent its not same as others british accent 🙈❤️❤️❤️ ur voice is addictive
Obviously you are one of my favorite teachers and i don’t miss your lessons and even your way to teach is so quiet and comfortable for me.. thank you
Gonna just drop it now: yesterday a teacher said that my pronunciation was great and the most british in class. Thank a lot! 😎😇💙

Thank you ETJ for doing these episodes. U are really helpful for my British pronunciations.
Excellent. Your teaching makes us understand where we make mistakes in pronunciation and helps us to correct them.
Hi Elliott! First time I leave a comment on any video, guess how much I like yours! I'm a Spaniard who lived in London during 2010-11 (a year studying in Imperial College London) and I had forgotten many MANY of the things I learnt when it comes to talking. My accent is still quite bad, but thanks to you I'm refreshing all I learnt. In the end, imitation (and very demanded corrections from my English friends) is the key (the way kids learn). Until now, I didn't have any models nearby, but your examples make a huge difference, so hopefully next time I travel to London, I'll be fluent again and, maybe, with a proper accent! Thank you so much!
Hi Elliot! You’re a great teacher! I really enjoy watching all your videos. 👍👍👍 greetings from 🇰🇿 Kazakhstan.

Thank you very much for this video. It help's me a lot. The english teachers at my school pronounce the 'th' like the 's' in 'singing'. This drives me crazy sometimes. I'm so thankful of this video and your channel.

Hi. I stumbled upon your vids thru another British English teacher. Thanks for your videos, I'm learning a lot, having English as my 2nd language. You can actually venture into audiobooks, imho because I tried listening to this video without looking since I need to do something; and I hear your clear words! It's like I'm listening to the radio! Hope you can make more videos! Cheers!

Pimporn uamart Hi i am from 🇮🇳 and my English is not fluently so let to improve our English and I am looking for English speaking partners to improve speaking skills on whatsaap +91 7550608933 only interesting people
thank you for the lesson. it's great!
You know what i find weird that i've not noticed these differences in regards to the "the" word/article only when you mentioned it but i know for a fact that even though i'm not a native english speaker the brain picked up these nuances at the subcouncious level . And i found that you naturally tend to adapt as you speak without really thinking about , but i do believe that it does involve a lot of listening of the foreign language you wish to learn to be able to do that. Anyway great video ! Cheers from Romania mate haha!
I am in love with your channel. thank you ;)
Hi thank you very much you give us your time to explain English 🌹.

Thank you very much for it! I think simple lessons help us, at least me to build a strong basic knowledge of English and if we have the basic things, then other difficult things become simpler.
Thank you so much Elliott.
Thank you very much Elliot ❤
Very good lesson, I'm brazilian and some kind of sound for us is very difficult like: "th". Thanks for this lesson.
Mr Elliot you are really a legden,I do admire you.
this is so great... for a person like me who use English as second language (i mean i use american english) it never occur to me that the "the" word should be pronounced depends on what words that will follow. > the+ vowel > the+ consonant 😊😊😊😊 thanks for this video its really informative.😊
So useful brother...Thank you very much for your video.
Mate, you’re always quite useful for helping teachers. Appreciate it, keep the good work

I like your lessons. Thank you so much😉😙
Tour voice is like a melody, seems like speaker. Greetings from Venezuela
Thank you so much please we need a podcast
Hi Elliot! Thank you for this new lesson! I've seen other videos on KZread, about the most common english words pronunciation and do you know what? I've been horrified, because a lot of English teachers teach the standard/strong pronunciation of the most common words, which is absurd in my opinion! We need to know how words sound in real conversation, in real spoken english! So thank you again for this lesson! I'm happy to find a good teacher as you! Bye
