Simplest and best programming video for a Marantec 4500 garage door motor. I looked at several videos over 2 days and they didn't work. I watched this 1:36 clip and had instant success. Thanks for not being like all the others and saying only what was needed versus a whole lot of extra useless information that only makes programming it more difficult. This video was fast and straight to the point with no addition or subtraction. Thanks!

I can only get the door to open but it won’t close Ive done the steps everything is correct except the last steps instead of 2 numbers I get 3 number and the flashing light for the remote

hi do i need to go through all 3 steps? what if i do not need to reprogram my remote, can I just exit programming mode after the first 2 steps?

Can i reprogram this device to use the original remote and a universal remote so both work ?

Same either my pair of original remote or the additional won't work

After I do the programming for setting it upwards, I hit p and then instead of the bottom three lighting up the number 7 lights up and blinks instead. How do i fix it?

The red light for 8 is not on. What do I do

This was perfect. Having issues with my garage opening and closings. In short, somehow the garage door came out of sync when opening and closing. Reprogrammed the opener and it works perfectly.

I cant program my remote for the MLine 4500...any instruction?

Easier than it looks. I got the remotes working but now my light blinks seconds after opening the garage. Please help. All I wanted was to program my new upgraded remote. Not a class in Marantec. 😥

Okay this video might be useful to some other people, but for me it wasnt doing it, it goes up after i close it. It didnt work if you could please give me some edvice or help.

If the newly coded remote is operating the door then it has coded properly. If the door is closing then opening again this may be a mechanical issue with the door or a sensitivity issue with the motor. Your door may need a service or please call our tech support on 1800 427 243 to have trouble shooting done over the phone with the sensitivity of the unit. Thank you.
