Looks pretty straight up, not too big of a base and looks like most could be hand tossed. Depending on how far you had to drag it out or if you had a mini skid ect. Probably should take around 2-3 hours to get done. Me personally from what I see I would price this tree at $2,800 with the stump included in the price. If I was taking everything with me. $2450 if I was leaving all the wood. Stump $200. No clean-up! But like you said it all depends on what you need to get out of the job and also your location. I'm in Northeast Ohio. Just a friendly opinion.

1 hour from “town” of 3500. 3 hours from town of 100k. 150 feet down from the access. No crane. No equipment. Hard lean over the cabin. Significant linear cracking. Hand burn everything on the lake. If I told you what I’m getting, you’d probably shit. But I’m not telling unless you’re a Warp Speed member.

I sold it for more then you would’ve gotten. But that number wouldn’t make sense to you because we’re super remote, alternative services are limited and the access is pretty poor.
