HOW TO PREVENT TMJ DYSFUNCTION

The TMJ is the joint that connects your mandible (lower jaw) to the skull. It can be found on both sides of your head in front of your ears. It allows your jaw to open and close enabling you to speak and eat.
Let me share with you some of my favorite preventative strategies for mitigating - TMJ problems.

    I did have TMJ. N dentist decided that I need dental braces coz I dont have contact. Since 2016 i am suffering.was totally blocked. I have scoliose.until now am at a therapist and no results. Pls pieces of advices to have mobility. Both for my jaw and spine.thx in advance

    Hi! Aside from your dentist and therapist, have you visited other health care practitioner to help you with your TMJ and Scoliosis? We recommend to seek a consultation to address your condition.
