The Cameo is better! It has more features and you can do more adjustments to the size of your design. Especially if you upgrade to the business edition.

You don't print puff vinyl. He is using a cameo cutting machine. They are about 200 to 400. You can use a cricut which is better, they are 200 to 400 as well

Circuit is a cheaper machine but it is lacking in the feature dept. The silhouette cameo has more features and can almost anything you can do with photoshop. If you are a graphic designer like me I would go with the cameo over the circuit. They are not even close when it comes to capabilities
