How To Preserve Matooke For 90 Days
In this video, I will show you how you can preserve matooke (green bananas) for 30 to 90days using the deep freezing method. The 7day check was purposely created to illustrate how the matooke look like within the first week of storage. The portion that was placed back in the refrigerator remained just the same after 90days. Feel free to try this preservation method, I will be glad to get your feedback.

We have mushrooms in Uganda 😁🌼. Though we usually preserve them using the sun drying method. Thank you for watching dear 😊🤍
