Absolutely love all your quilts (and everything else) Lori!!!
Wow! So much easier than other appliqué techniques I have been watching. This makes it look like it’s actually doable. Thanks!
I love how precise you are Lori!!
Absolutely love how you are so organized. I buy your simply shapes and just love them . So far I have 5 sets. Learning so much from your videos
Great tutorial! Love how every step was explained and how easy it is to do. I love hand & machine applique! Love the fabric, and notions used in this video.
Hi Lori - You truly are one amazing woman! I just love how creative you are and share your talents with the world. I have learned so much from you. All of these videos are great. Thank you SEW very much. 😊😊😊
I'm going to need a layaway plan to get all the "Sew Simpler Shapes"! I really would like to join the next sew along, looks like it will be really fun. Thanks for sharing your knowledge Lori.
So in love with your work lori, juste ordered all the shapes for appliquer from FQS, yes too ,I have all your books. Thank you .Greeting from France.
Thanks for the tips! I'm new to your applique and didn't know about the color code and letter codes on your Simple Shapes! That will be helpful after I by my 2nd and subsequent collections of them!
This video makes it looks so simple and easy!!!! I am going to master this!!! Thank you so much!
Hi only just started following you. Thank you for sharing, looking forward to seeing more. X
Awesome Tutorials Lori❤️
Great instructions and really cute block. Thank You
Absolutely love everything you do!! Spot on perfect! Sooo wish I could sit in classes with you! I'm afraid with distance and Covid, they may never happen. :-( Please keep the tutorials coming!!!
This is amazing and I live it!
Wonderful detailed instruction, thanks for this
Love your choice in colors. My pallet is more earth tones. Scared to break out of the box.
Nice just starting my first lori holt quilt!
I think you need a little dot on your work surface to identify for you where the camera is pointing -- your work keeps creeping out of view. LOVE watching you stitch by hand. Thank you for sharing this.
Love this Lori, such a great explanation on applique❤
Todos sus trabajos son preciosos todo lo que usted hace es muy bonito
Ooooh thats how you get crispy edges for the fabric patches!
LORI YOU ARE GREAT …….. SUPER COOLLLLLLLLLL.... THANKS GREETINGS FROM CHILE
very cute!
Would love to use this method on leaves with points. Can that be done and how to turn. Thanks Lori for inspiration.
Thank you so much for your generosity, this is so helpful to me. Thank you, thank you, thank you 🙏🏼
Muchísimas gracias lo voy a checar 😍
Did Lori say this is a quilt along on her blog? I can’t seem to find it? Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks.
where can we find the 5" clear storage boxes you have your charm fabrics in?
I'm confused. I have your reversible inseam along with some of your patterns. When you do your fabric reversing and glueing it down to dry, what do you do then? Remove it and apply it to your finishing piece?
So beautiful, I just don't have the patience to do these... I don't think. Maybe if I had someone to make it for I'd be more patient.
I have a ton of pellon interfacing here already at home from dressmaking that I want to use up before I purchase more. Can you tell me what pellon # would be equivalent to the brand shown in this video?

I got mid-weight. I like it.
Me gusta su trabajo.
Yea! 6 inch blocks are coming!
A close up of your work from starting. And continuing Throught out, would be a added feature.
Is this the prim sew along?
Y el # 6 también está muy bonito
Lori, I would like to know where to buy the square clear boxes to store my 5" blocks. Thank you
I have trouble sewing circles and smooth curves on smaller pieces. Any suggestions?

LINDO.
Why wouldn't you use a fusible interfacing?

Hi Debbie, you absolutely could use fusible! Today we are showing you the way Lori does it.

I use fusible interfacing. It's really your preference on what you want to use.

Hello Rhonda! You can purchase our products here: www.fatquartershop.com/
Oh boy i have done that..,forget measurements then trim and wreck my design
Obviously Lori has proven that all her stuff sells, if someone (FQS, Riley Blake or Lori's Etsy) was smart they'd keep all her older Sew Simple shapes available for purchase and also offered in bundle sets. The prices have been and are still high on ebay, people are buying them!! KZread keeps them alive, if people are watching the videos they want the products!
♡♡♡♡♡
Hard to see when you’re off camera. But I get the general idea.
