    This is very easy and quick recipe, and very healthy I must say. I've been cooking chia pudding from last few weeks and I use different nuts and some seasonal fruits to prepare it.     Wow she REALLY likes things sweet, the milk plus chia plus a fruit like blue berries is plenty sweet and she's adding figs on top of figs on top raisins on top of vanilla flavoring, yeesh

    I eat chia pudding everyday as my daily breakfast. You can also use pumpkin and sunflower seeds as well as blueberries as a change of taste. Too much fruit is not good for a diabetic❣️🇨🇦

    Chia should be completely soaked in water first..n then add whichever milk u want..bcoz chia has the tendency to suck all the water content n the water content in almond milk is insufficient which indeed sucks the water content in the body when consumed..so it makes the body dehydrated which could be dangerous...so it's very important to soak in water first n then add anything..modern days cooking sometimes misses out the basic concepts..sorry to say this mam..anyways I appreciate ur recipes 🥰

    Thank you for your video! I would just like to say that, IMO, putting figs, bananas and raisins in the pudding is far too much sugar even though the source is natural fruit sugar. That would make the blood insulin level spike far too high and too fast. Nuts are fine but all that sugar at once is not recommended. Maybe just try one fruit at a time. Also, you keep saying that 3 tbsp. of chia seeds = 1/4 cup. That is not accurate since there are 16 tbsp. in a cup, so 1/4 cup would equal 4 tbsp. Thank you for this recipe. I am going to start making it for my breakfast!

    Banana is ok but not the best for weight loss. u can add Mango, blueberry, strawberry, any berries, papaya, etc Anything that goes w almond milk
