Plum cake was among my fondest Christmas memories while growing up in India. That nostalgia and a renewed conviction for plant based foods - made me create this recipe .
Evolved over decades of traveling and cooking across North America and Europe, this plum cake is made entirely out of plant based foods.
The earthy heartiness of buckwheat flour, organic raisins and other dried fruit drunk on their own juices, nutmeg, cinnamon and other spices to bring out the spirit of yuletide...

Why is the point of making all these vegan? Just use the real milk based butter, curd and milk. Vegan alternatives are expensive and hard to find.

The show could've been better and more understandable if you did not put anything in front of the bowl you were mixing all the ingredients in. We could have a better view. It is a suggestion.

This is not plum cake this is buckwheat raisin cake because you add raisin in this cake not plum. So change the name of this recipe you have written wrong name. Its name should be buckwheat raiin cake.

I've got a suggestion for the host: either drop that fake accent or hire a dialect coach to actually learn a decent accent. Also, what the hell happened to masks and social distancing? I guess covid doesn't exist in Banjara Hills or wherever this is shot.
