Here are the measurements I tried to make this recipe in cups and tbsps to help with measurements. Hope it helps. Butter - 1 cup and 1.5 tbsp Sugar - 1 cup and 1/2 cups Oil - 3.5 tbsp Curd - 1 cup and 1/3 cups Flour/maida - 2 cups and 6.5 tbsps Almond flour - 1/2 cup

I tried this cake and came out perfect. I made little modifications to the recipe. Soaked dry fruits in orange juice Instead of curd added 3 eggs Cut the oil as some reviews suggested it (that’s it’s very oil)

I tried this cake and it turned out to be extremely delicious. Although I was baking a Christmas cake for first time and was a bit scared but I was happy with the result. I didn't have time to soak the fruits but still it was scrumptious and everybody loved it. Perfect treat for Christmas. A useful tip for the first time bakers: let the cake cool in the tin for almost two hours and then take it out. Wrap it in a plastic wrap for a day and then cut it in pieces. This was smaller pieces can be made easily

So glad to see my favorite thing here.. traditionally we make caramel syrup instead of brown sugar.. and we don't do that cherry syrup too.. I'm gonna try this eggless version for sure👍👍👌 love from Kerala❤️ Nb: I saw lot of people saying ingredients are not available. you can make this with just raisins dates and whatever dryfruits n nuts that's available to you.. and it would be still nice..

Measurement mentioned in this video is incorrect. I've made the cake and it turns out to be very oily cake. No doubt it's taste good but don't use 250gm of butter

she adds extra 50gram oil to it which is why it turns out very oily. Just skip the oil. 1:45 video

Not sure why it's mentioned as 1.5 hours of cooking at 160°C. My first cake got completely burnt in 45 minutes and there was smoke all around. Tried a second one with half of the measurements and it was baked in 25 mins. The cake is rich and very yummy once the cherry syrup is poured into it. A lil expensive though.
