I watched that video 6 years ago, when I start playing Ukulele and I was AMAZED by his playing, never thought this can be possible for me to be that « good » . And 6 years later I can do 80% of what he shows. Even if you thought that is impossible, trust me , it is.

I've been coming back to this video since I first heard of Jake in February this year. When I first watched your lessons I thought "WOW" that's amazing I could never do any of that. over the months more of it started to look possible, well finally I'm now able to do some of the techniques that you kindly shared here many thanks for the lessons and all you do for people peace and the UKULELE

Well, I've taken my third lesson with an instructor and found myself coming back here to practice in-between. While most, especially the ten finger stroke, is still beyond where I'm at, I can see myself getting it one day!

Good for you. I just picked it up before my 50th in January and in love, so much so that I'm trying to convince my 77 year old Aunt to give it a try.

Nice, I figure I'm on a 3 month schedule of about 30 mins a day. 1W in right now and just starting to hear the 10 finger roll. You're going to have to post a video. At 2 months later you should be able to nail this without a thought. I'm guessing you play other instruments, probably guitar or banjo no?

I learned so much variations of strumming in this ONE video than in the last 11 months. Albeit, I have only been playing on and off. Jake is a gr8 teacher.
