Is there anything Nancy Drew can't do? Dal Negro makes a great mobile app for Scopa, I highly recommend it.

Our scopa deck had the numbers on them. I was gonna write em on...keep picking up 1 more rule. Like last pick up gets the leftover cards. ...no clue on primera yet

First I must say, your grandmother was really an angel❤. I remember playing Scopa with my Nonna. I also remember her playing a solitaire game with the italian deck but I just cannot remember exactly how it went. She would basically lay out the cards one at a time in a long horizontal row and sometimes pile them up if certain ones matched or something. I think the goal was to make the row short by the end? Drives me crazy I cannot remember because I have the italian deck and want to play it by myself! Lol. Do you remember this particular solitaire game?

Thanks for watching and the nice comment about Nana. I am working on a video of the “stacking” Italian solitaire, which may be the one you played with your Nonna. The version I learned has a row of four single face up cards. You would then stack them with opposite suits, descending in value. It’s a little complicated but once you get the hang of it, quite fun. Stay tuned and thanks for watching!

@@Play-In-Games i believe my Nonna's version was a really long row of cards that would keep going unless u got the correct ones to stack. I look forward to your videos and learning! Take care😊

I wonder if keeping the extra Poker cards would somehow break the game, or if it's still playable.
