    Yeah. I too have my tournament after 5 days and I am selected for singles in senior category, but I get so exhausted while playing and loses stamina easily while my opponent does not feel anything at all. I can't help me.

    Well I just lost a tournament yesterday even if I was better then the opponent I lost all my stamina running here and there and lost the tournament and btw he observed my weakness during the game which was insane (my weakness: backhand service) cuz I always think it's a sort service

    The first smash was a test to his opponent. He was unable to beat because he did not recover fast enough from the smash. Second time he half smashed and recovered fast.

    This is a normal rally for pro players. If u think this 1 point uses so much energy and the point is useless, 5hen u have never played badminton before bcoz every point in badminton is important.

    if you don't finish the rally with a certain amount of smashes, they won't be caught off guard any more, I'd do a shot combination after this happens, like clear and then net shot

    Hi soul, i have a tournament in a week. This strategy is useful but since i was off court, i lack stamina. Pls suggest anything for me since i lack stamina but my shot quality is good. This is an important event for me so pls and again, it is in a week.

    in my opinion, this match seems like white is winning, but as you can see the energy consumption clearly white is wastign the most. As you can see purple is saving his energy for possible 3rd round.

    Theres a reason why people play "neutral" shots. Yes, it's to find an opportunity to attack but most of the time, you want the other player to make mistakes. It is far easier to get points off of mistakes from your opponent

    How to play like a PRO: 1. Get off KZread 2. Start exercising 3. Keep exercising... until you can do a net shot, run backwards and do a jump smash... ... And continue to find opportunities in the game after you didn't win. IMO he wasted lots of energy to smash like that
