How to use the wrist in badminton - 5 shots biomechanics. I will show you how not to use the wrist, and also how to use it correctly. In badminton the wrist biomechanics is really important to get more power in your shots, and to avoid injuries in the wrist. With the correct badminton grip, it is easier to learn the right technique, and to use the wrist the right way, with forearm rotation.     I have watched so many videos on adding power to your shots. This was the clearest and easiest video to understand and apply. I sat on my couch swinging my racquet as per my normal way and can hear the "whoosh" of my racquet significantly change when I applied your instructions. Thank you so much!

    I use flexion and extension of the wrist motion only for deceptive Net shots. I do supination for backhand and pronation for forehand shots ☺️

    That is a great tutorial! I have been learning how to use the wrist for ages but just could not deliver the skills. This video makes me understand the movements of the stroke and wrist clearly.     @@BadmintonFamly my goodness, it works!!! I tried out the skills last night. My smash was much more powerful and the clear could reach the base line easily . I did not need to hit as hard as before which result with a tennis elbow. It is just amazing! Thank you soooo much for showing this wonderful technique!!
