Really interesting about taking a bigger first touch -- so you can get the ball out of your feet.
Despite the title "How to: Play DEFENSE In Soccer" you did not make a single point on how to DEFEND in soccer. While yes you are working with defenders you are discussing the attacking elements of being a defender. Not exactly relevant to the theme. Also, while a first touch can get stuck underneath players and become a problem, a static first touch that isn't "pushed out in front of them" would still be preferred. A touch that is pushed out in front of them would surely invite pressure from the opposition.
plz put a video on how to receive aerial passes and do your first touch
