Some exceptional defenders and Gks can't get it because they are playing with amazing forwards in their Era. its hard to win ballon dors if messi and ronaldo are constantly beating you

I'm glad he talked about situational defending when it comes to defensive stance and technique. Most tips are always "just stand at 45 degrees and 1 meter distance" when that isn't what you should do in many situations. The techniques you should use depends on how you match up with the attacker, your location on the field, and the specific defensive scenario for you individually as well as in relation to your teammates and the other attackers.

It’s late but you should also know your body as well for example how quick you can react
thats why the best defender usually peak at late 20 cause as a defender you need a lot of experience when facing a striker

I agree, as a defender its hard to find good videos that have real tips you havent heard before, most channels are saturated with winger winger striker striker but no defenders or keepers, same with ballon d'or
