Actually Van dijk had no right to be frustrated with Adrian in the last clip, because it was his own fault for failing to mark De Bryune. As for the second last clip, he also had no right to be frustrated because it is not a must for Adrian to pass it to him.

​​@@andyng5321 GK is there for a reason... defender failed to mark an attacker, than it becomes GKs duty.. if everytime a defender successfully marks attackers, then GK does absolutely nothing... you're not a pro so you would'nt know what really happened behind the scenes, their tactics etc

@@roughysk9851 no? If he himself failed in marking what right does he have to blame others? Nothing to do with tactics behind the scenes, it was a pure defending fail incident.

I think now people will understand why Virgil is the standard in defence. He always choose right option. People who know ball will know Virgil is really good. That's why professional respect him.

Defending is a literal art if done right.

well you've completed almost all positions and all of the videos are excellent and highly informative.....there is always something to learn from them and your best skill I think is your simplicity the way you simplify things and make them easy to understand ....so I have a request that you take your time and create a video on central midfielders how they read the game...when to go for attack..when to slow down and keep possession...when to play quick...when to play safe..how players like xavi controlled the pace of the game...whom to pass..when to pass to the wings...when to go forward as centre mids..when to drop to receive ball from centre backs..how to time your passes to perfection...when to involve defensively and stop attacks etc I know you've made videos on each of these topics but it would be nice if you put all that in one video or create a small series on that..because centre mid is the brain of a team

my ranking : 1. Defender (CBs) 2. Defensive Midfielder 3. Goalkeeper 4. Midfielder 5. Defender (Fullbacks/Wingbacks) 6. Attacking Midfielder 7. Obviously the crybabies, Striker ah also attacking players only need 1 flashy flashy bang goal to get praised universally, but defensive players only need 1 mistake to get called names and cursed at ... which is why striker is the easiest position both on the field and mentally

He is not in his best form okay but he is the best to learn off

Van Djik is a exceptional centerback but Bigfoot took away his acceleration and he can't take risk with injuries anymore.
