Yeah that's totally bs they like the attention.

Personally, I’m the type who likes to go to the gym, do my workout as fast as I can and get out because I don’t like being around a lot of people as I’m shy and introverted. From what I’ve personally experienced and heard from friends who worked out, it’s best to wait till the girl is done with her training. Don’t go up to someone who is in the middle of a set, and start talking. Glances mean nothing as chances are she is in her own world, and you’ll never be able to read her mind even if she glances around and looks at you. Being at the gym, everybody takes a brief look at each other anyways and it doesn’t mean anything. Personally, Mads advice about taking it slow and trying to go at the same times without being suffocating is a great strategy. If you see her struggling, *make your move by helping her.* That might be God opening an opportunity for you to make a move. This has personally worked on me. Then say, sorry I thought maybe you needed a hand. Sometimes the gym equipment gets stuck or whatever. 😂 Precede and make small talk, either by asking her questions such as where is she from? Then after a few questions, say I’ll let you get back to your workout - sorry for interrupting. You will be able to figure out the signals if someone is interested. Even if she precedes to workout, my next advice is when she walks out to the parking lot - make your move and say have you ever been to so and so? It doesn’t have to be dinner but even something fun. Dinner does tend to break the ice but settle who is paying in the beginning. Don’t be a weirdo and ask to come home with her at least for the first few times you meet up. She will let you know if she wants to move faster, trust me. Naturally, men like to chase and women desire it too. There is no need to rush. If it’s meant to happen then it’ll happen. Never force anything and never let place a woman too high or let her opinion of you affect too much whether it’s good or bad. There’s more to life than women and sex; some women also have terrible taste as well as men. Keep your confidence and know your worth. There’s tons of people out there, so enjoy life while you have it. If you get rejected, it’s God’s protection so keep your head up. You never know why a person might reject you; sometimes it has nothing to do with personality and appearances but a personal issue.

Thanks for the advice. It’s really important to even say this is because men can lose track of why their at the gym or that a woman is just human as them. Neither men or women are gods or goddess. Just human who want to get by and interact with those who share interests with them.

It’s not something I want to be a part of but since we are part of this historic timeline, we are unintentionally affected by it. It’s best to keep ourselves protected and have healthy boundaries and never go down that road of glorifying others as if they are deities themselves. So many are stuck in abusive relationships because they have become codependent without even realizing. It’s very sad, and I see it happen most of the time with men. Too high of expectations and just an ugly attitude is pervasive in the world right now, but one can choose to not become it themselves or take part in it.

What’s your approach. I’ve always used the simple trick of being real. Don’t act interested until you actually are, keep it real an if the vibe is there then let it happen yanno. Working out near them then start to talk a little, cut the convo off with your music an workout. If they initiate after your set or their set then it’s a vibe.

Most of the time it im approaching a girl she’s already made eye contact with me multiple times maybe over multiple days and I’ve noticed she’s just around me a lot. Easiest thing for me is to just say hi and try to get a conversation going. You can tell in the first few seconds if she’s receptive to it or not and go from there. Just don’t beat around the bush trying to act uninterested hoping she’ll make the first move
