ChallengingGravity I think your missing the point. Talking to someone before or after the gym while still in the gym doesn't take away from my work in the gym. It's like playing sports I'm 100% focused on the game while it's being played but after the games over locker room talk is important. Look at Bradley he is capable of being in great shape while still having interaction with other people. To call it pathetic is a little far of a stretch I also don't understand the whole control over power statement that just sounds like an extreme amount of aggression and you might want to work on that. I was in the military for a while and the key to that is accomplishing your task and then enjoying whatever you can while your not on a task. It takes more control over your own person to be both successful in the gym and with talking to women at the gym key point being before or after workouts and not interrupting.

This video was great and thanks for doing it. Me in this beautiful Asian gal were staring at each other multiple times in the gym the other day. I've never hit on a woman in the gym before so this is all foreign territory. So I figured I would see if KZread users have some advice how to go about it the correct way so I don't make a fool of myself. (We are both college aged and I had my college sweats on so it was appropriate). He complimented my workout technique and we just talked for a bit. He was confident and POLITE! Don't be creepy. I am in a relationship so nothing came of it, but I didn't leave the convo feeling creeped out or prayed on. So the BEST ADVICE is to not be creepy! *Be casual and polite!* Don't be weird about rejection. Try again with someone else. Good luck.
