I used to be really fat. I was on the verge of developing serious health conditions. I remember not being able to tie my shoelaces and my sleep suffered as well. My life changed when I finally set my mind to the thinking that anything is possible if you decide so. I took a meal plan to start with. I created it online, on Dietaruze, which was super helpful to me. I didn't have to worry about calories, macros, nutrients and all that stuff, I just focused on walking long distances and exercising after I got on a level where I could do some simple workouts. I hope my story will inspire you to do the same. To change your body you must first change your mind!

If it's any motivation for anyone I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes at 235 lbs April 24 2020 told my doctor I be off meds next year gained 65 lbs during the cv event due to everything being shut down and my business as an over the road truck driver Oct weight in at 305 lbs April 9 2021 210 lbs off all the med only body weight exercises and a backpack full of plates replacing my weight as I lost new goal is 15% body fat by July

But I also feel like they probably didn't want to come off as shallow (which they wouldn't be anyway) if they said they liked muscular guys, that's something that some girls do because of socialization and how women are expected to not care about looks as much.
