Also, any girl I've ever dated where I was eating/exercising to maintain a 10-12% body fat percentage would always be bothered by how disciplined I was and would get annoyed I wouldn't eat junk food. You don’t need to be Chris Hemsworth to get laid . If you are willing to be the one taking the first step , being nice and being charismatic. For example All I have are good looking arms and a nice chest. My legs are big but with almost no definition. And I have quite a belly , like even with a t-shirt you can clearly see the curvature. And I am not short but not super tall 185 and a half cm So 6’1ft So yeah : -belly -big legs but low definition -big back but no definition Around 24% body fat - only a bit above average height Yet I have faced no problems when it comes to dating , or something en night stands at parties. I just avoid self esteem destroyers like tinder and other superficial dating apps. Where girls have absolutely ridiculous and deluded standards Like off the charts standards . Like to 90% of the guys a girl has kissed , laid with or dated in her real life . She would have given a nope to them , had she met them on tinder. When it comes to judging a man , based on pictures , most girls seem to be quite lost about their self worthiness. Disclaimer : I do pay a lot of attention in other details. I always use nice clothes, I spend quite a bit of money in clothing , and not stupid snickers and rapper t-shirts i like. Actually high quality clothing . And spend time choosing good combinations that I know make me look good. I never leave home with out checking my hair And you’ll never catch me with out cologne on me. Take care of my nails My eyebrows, my beard and my skin and my teeth . Nothing metrosexual. But always trying to give an image of healthiness, maturity and self care . You don’t have to look like a Greek god to give that image. Don’t be to fat or two skinny. Hit the gym at least twice a weak so that you are not a weakling And practice basic hygiene daily . Choosing clothing wisely is a really good plus , but not a condition

I think he is a 10 physically, he looks strong and you can see that he put a lot of effort in training, and that’s definitely something to admire. I personally want someone like that women with tattoos says.. if they are healthy and care both for their inside and outside, then they should be ok. Taking care of yourself doesn’t mean being ripped or bodybuilder. It means being active and have a healthy body. Too much muscles mass is useless, too much body fat is dangerous, being too skinny is also dangerous, better have a balanced body, active lifestyle and healthy habits. Eating fast food every day is definitely a much strong turn off for me, or drinking or smoking, than someone with a little belly 😅

But the problem is that those "preferences" you say is what every women desires. Why do you think every women wants a man who are unrealistically tall?!? In fact women generally date/marry taller men. Men who are 6'0 and above is like the Top 1% of all men and half of that, is if you have good genes and half of that, if you're wealthy. Some of the girls in the video have barely any muscle or at least close to no definition, yet they demand a dude to have it, or the unrealistic height standards (the girl who demanded over 6'2" which is like 5% of the male population). Some of the women were reasonable though, like the girl who said not too tall because she wasn't that tall herself, or ones that actually had a lot of muscle saying they liked fit dudes. I was once rated at 4% body fat, as all I did was exercise. I was 1% away from risk of heart failure. One of these girls almost had me do a spit take when they said 6% minimum on a guy, then said 15% for a woman. Her reproductive system would shut down at that little... I've seen more men with dad bods get some amazingly attractive girls. Only found a couple of these women attractive, anyways. These ladies need more realistic standards.

Yeah, the 15% comment for women was shocking. Models have passed out on runways with higher percentage body fat than that. Women should be 20% as a bare minimum to be healthy. Men should be between 10 and 15.

I doubt the girl that said 15% body fat on women actually has that low of a body fat, she wouldn't be able to do anything. It really is shocking also coming from a woman. But it's a fact that women obsess over extremely thin women and find them perfect whereas men prefer curvier women the same way men obsess over over the top muscular men whereas women like an athletic look sure, but not to the extreme. Agree wholeheartedly with Drew McRae.. His is the best comment in this entire video! I am a woman and I cannot believe how stupid these women are.. this man is a natural body builder.. he has one of the most beautiful physiques out there! These women have no idea how much hard work is involved in attaining and MAINTAINING such a body.. and they have the nerve to criticize his height and his legs! Both of these factors are GENETIC and entirely out of his control.. how shameful! and one or two criticized his chest! This is absurdity beyond belief! Kudos to this man for the courage to do such a video! I’d be ready to bet his wife or girlfriend rates him a perfect 10 plus and rightly so! Body dysmorphia is a serious issue among men because of the idiocy demonstrated by these “ gym” girls! Maybe he should have interviewed the wives and girlfriends of the guys in the gym.. I’m sure they would have rated their men as 10s.. as for me, there’s more to a guy than his muscles.. to be loved by someone just as you are means way, WAY more than what some silly women think! Some poor guys even consider .. and even commit.. suicide over body dysmorphia issues or stupid remarks like these women made.. a man’s life is far more precious!
