First day impressions:It arrived in a waist high box. kzread.infoUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 Each dumbbell was in its own foam box within the shipping box. Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

It's hard to say without seeing a video of you performing the exercise. But, I would encourage that you ensure that your knee is in alignment with your toes at the bottom of the exercise & that your knee isn't drifting inside or outside of your foot as you're squatting.

@@anonchuHey I’m going to give my input as a soon to be radiographer! Some peoples knees and/or feet don’t align PERFECTLY straight. For instance, mine are a lot like yours where my feet point a little out but my kneecaps are facing forward. Test positions out! If it feels right or wrong try a new foot position, it could be just that you are a little anatomically different :)

You're learning the movement & coordination will follow. Keep moving under control & that shakiness will dissipate. Later into a set as you get closer to failure, the shakiness may still occur.

You really didn’t give any specific cues on how to perform the squat movement (foot placement, stance width, squat depth, knee tracking, etc.). There’s way more informative videos out there on how to perform a dumbbell goblet squat so I’m not sure why everyone thinks this one is so amazing…

We appreciate your feedback, some times simple is better. Especially with an exercise like this, if you're bracing properly you are naturally going to fall into a pretty good position. Please take a look at our other exercises, as we do dig into greater depth in many of those.
