Just say "I haven't passed yet." Don't take it as a failure but see it as a learning opportunity. There is a lot of power in "Yet", you are telling yourself that you will get there and that your eyes and heart are still fixed on your goal.

Nclex test is really frustrating, I can't believe I failed again after studying so much😔😭😔

JUST passed my nclex-rn first attempt and i wanted to say i'm so thankful for your videos professor reinier!!!! they helped me see the exam from a different perspective and it helped with my test-taking anxiety so much. for anyone reading the comments looking for tips i would highly suggest kaplan CAT practice tests. it looks exactly like the actual nclex exam and way cheaper than the ncsbn one.

Hi prof in the 2nd question.. i was wondering why the pregnant wasn’t the priority? I couldn’t understand why it wasn’t life threatening? There are 2 persons involve in #4 and she’s still preterm that could be fatal to the unborn if not sent to the hospital right away.. the contractions can easily change to 5mins interval. I’m just not convinced yet prof but thank you for your trainings!

I have a question; THE PHYSICIAN HAS PREPARED A MEDICAL DIRECTIVE FOR ALL POST HYSTERECTOMY CLIENTS THAT INCLUDES THE ADMINISTRATION OF A NARCOTIS q4H .WHAT MUST THE NURSES DO POST HYSTERECTOMY CLIENT HAS CONCERS OF PAIN? A) administer the narcotic to the client as per medical directive. B) Ask the physician for a specific order for the client rather than following the medical directive. C) Provide the client with a prescription to get the narcotic as per the medical directive. D) Ask the nurse in charge for permission to follow the medical directive.

I think it is incorrect the order,premature labour is the first priority,because it must be the premature separation of the placenta also it may be life threatning condition of mother and baby. Asthma pation can be survive within few minutes.

If you think about it the asthma pt is priority bc if not treated they can die in minutes. Which makes them priority bc as long as they get medication they High probability of surviving. Whereas, the pregnant mother is going into premature labor but the contractions are far apart where you see the labor is progressing but happening in the next few minutes. Also, it is non-life threatening in this scenario. Don’t add information that is not there. Is they had added symptoms that showed that was the case then different story but they didn’t so it’s important to not add to the questions
