New generation nclex questions are very long. They gave all information but it is difficult to understand. Computer cat my exam 75 questions and started new generation questions. Sata and fill in blank very weird questions.

A) administer the narcotic to the client as per medical directive. B) Ask the physician for a specific order for the client rather than following the medical directive. C) Provide the client with a prescription to get the narcotic as per the medical directive. D) Ask the nurse in charge for permission to follow the medical directive.

I just joined the telegram group.And I'm totally lost.Where do I find material to study or everything being shared? Also, the first message I received was from a lady offering me the questions and answers for the Nclex 😭😭😭 I cant imagine having a nurse for one of my family members who got the answers for Nclex without studying.Not fair people please don't fall for this. We've come so far to cheat like that 😔
