Omg, that really helped! A visual is way better then someone telling you!
This was helpful, thanks! I've been reading multiple articles about cowlicks and direction of swirls--should have started with this vid. Watching how hair naturally falls seems like the best way to decide how high to part.
Damn I would be scared to ask a question to this guy.

Thanks for the tip. It's helped me a lot 😊
Gosh I can't my hair is sort of complicated it's soft,thick and long I try but it just falls back
no shade but it must be nice to have thinner hair where you can actually see the part. you can only ever see mine if i decide to razor in the part cause it's so damn thick. good video tho.

Hey James, when is a new review gonna be uploaded?
Good looking out bro i needed help
Was not aware of the course comb method.
I love your videos there so great
Thank you for the practical advice. Followed your technique & my part looks natural now instead of forced🔥🔥🔥
awesome good guide!!!
Whoa this is a good tutorial!
when I try to part my hair my ear gets in the way and I accidentally comb my ear and it hurts
I got my hair parted on the left side but the parting is a bit in too much and I want to get it more to the side of my head any suggestions? Should I just grow my hair out for a bit and get it done again out more to the side?
Thank you !
Nice guide.
Have u used any hair product for this video
this is the first time i know how to use comb
I wonder if my 3b hair can do the 1st method too
interesting video. a must when parting hair is to go on the side your crown is, you want your hair to fall naturally. ( inless its in the middle) the thing is that if you dont your fighting your hair and it will make your hair difficult to tame. for shorter hair that is. if you have long then its not as much as a hassle. so yes it does matter what side you part. its not BS. makes life easier
@ThePomp

what side (left or right) is dependent on whichever way your hair falls naturally. its not BS that a certain way is correct. but it is BS to tell someone which way they have to do it.

This is Xavier and i was wondering I have short hair but, when I have alot of hair... because my hair grows so fast it's easier to find the area of where I want to part my hair... I guess what I'm trying to say is... How do I keep it parted and looking good?
I got a hard razor part about two months ago and I decided to let my hair grow out long again. The only trouble is that hard part is making it kinda awkward in some areas with a few hairs not cooperating. I was wondering if you had any advice with a situation like this that didn't involve getting a buzzcut so I could continue to grow my hair out without any problems?
@187mrpimp

I had this problem, what I did was I didn't part my hair anymore and when I cut my hair the hard part naturally grew back out or you can use the other side of your head.

just curious on what is the best pomp product to use for people just starting to rock the pompadour hairstyle? I hear really good things about imperial classic pomp but what are your thoughts?
@pomadesandpompadours6309
6 жыл бұрын
SoMoneyOneHundy That depends on your preference. Do you like products that harden up like gels, or something that remains pliable all day? Do you mind buildup? What is your preferred amount of shine? Also, what is your particular hair length on type? There is no "best" product because things may work differently on you. Feel free to ask me any more questions
well i dont use any gels,pomades but i use cocount oil its healthy for you hair and can be used as a styling product

That depends on your hair length and type. Start with a dime sized amount first and add more if it isn't enough. Never start with a large amount. It's a lot easier to add product than to subtract.
Does this only work with tapered haircuts? Because a little while ago I jumped on the undercut bandwagon and I'm waiting for my hair to grow a bit so I can go to a barber and get a proper taper.
But my hair is curly
Does anyone know how he has such wet hair do u use oil wax ??

Ask your barber for a quick shave in your part, it is much easier to find the part and style it. It can also help with the overall desired clean part. only cons are that you have to upkeep the part line... or get continuous help from your barber.- not to mention the weird grow back period where you have the hair regrowing in this area. *cheers
@Wildchildinc

Those artificial parts look horrible... Many barbers cut them to wide. You get a sharper part by doing it yourself.
@LouB3rt
10 жыл бұрын
I have done both. and it is funny because my barber makes a very slight line for my part because I do not like the larger shaved lines, you are right they don't look that god - but to everyone's own. Hair grows back (they can also trim the section in front of the part for a cleaner look, once again it will only last a few weeks)

Wash it, leave it slightly damp, work Murrays pomade or hair glue in it, comb it straight back. Your hair on top should be at least 4 inches long to stay down. Finish off with some maximum hold hairspray if necessary.
