How to Paint Bricks? Easy ! Graco Jet Roller and Power Roller will help you!

Keeping up with the Joneses…
Today, PaintAccess owner Daniel and paint industry influencer Harriet are experimenting with the Graco 22mm nap Pressure Roller and the Graco Jet Roller, using Dulux Weathershield which is a low-sheen paint with Dulux’s Maxiflex technology.
Of course, each of these great products is available from PaintAccess, along with a wide range of other paints and painting accessories. As Australia’s first online paint retailer, PaintAcess is still setting trends years later. That means you can order PaintAccess products from any Australian state or territory. To make things even easier, Sydneysiders can visit PaintAccess in person at St Leonards and Matraville.
Connecting to the [Graco 390 Airless Sprayer], Dan prepares the Graco Pressure Roller and Dulux Weathershield. From there it’s just a matter of applying the paint. In this instance, the brick wall has a grout depth of about 20mm but the Graco Pressure Roller has no trouble pushing paint into the gaps between bricks and into all areas of the porous brick surface.
Then Dan and Harriet test the Graco Jet Roller which sprays paint onto the path of the roller as you paint, “back-painting” the porous surface with ease. Dan shows exactly how easy it is to move or remove the roller itself, allowing you to regulate how close the sprayer is to the roller, and allowing you a choice of roller. The result is 100% coverage in less time.
The winner? The Graco Jet Roller. For ease of use and coverage, the Jet Roller is the solution for brick wall painting.
Giving your house a quick facelift is easy with Graco’s range of air sprayer and roller products. Completely change the look and feel of your home with just a few days’ work. Or choose an entirely different colour for your rendered exterior walls and let Graco’s wide range of products do the work for you. You can add thousands or tens of thousands to the value of your home with some paint and a few days’ work. And painting your newly-purchased brick home is a great way to quickly match the style of other homes in your new street, especially for older homes built in the 60s and 70s.
At PaintAccess we love Graco’s airless sprayers and the ease with which they allow professionals and DIY customers to complete their painting projects. They are easy to set up, easy to use, and easy to clean. They apply paint quickly and evenly, with outstanding coverage. Combined with fast-drying paints they can transform a weeks-long project into a single weekend job. There’s a reason professional painters pick Graco.

If your using the spray anyways. Why use the roller? Can you just not use the Spray gun all by itself?

I think that rolling leaves a better finish especially with eggshell and satin. Ceilings use flat and so rolling isn't necessary. Spray painting is an art and takes time to learn. I'm not that good because i don't often do it but when I do, I usually have someone working behind me to roll the spray to even it out... Or something like that.

Spray works on smooth surfaces. Rough surfaces need to be back brushed and back rolled.
