This is exactly what I was looking for. Easy and simple. Thank you.

Try to bake them in a cold oven. Place glass in oven not to near the burners and then close the door and let it pre heat to 350 F and then let bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Do not open door to check. Let oven cool naturally then when it is cooled open and then check glass. They say baking it will even last through a dish washer cycle. I my self haven't tried it yet but fixing to. I use the same paint! 😊 I love it! I first tried stemless wine glasses for the release of Hocus Pocus 2 with my sister. They came out so good I decided that I was going to paint glasses for Christmas Presents this past year. 😊 I'm still working on the last one as I have had life happen! 😄 I have had the issue with see through. I have restarted this last glass about 5 times. The design is a bit difficult for me as the paint keeps "peeling" when I add a second coat. Wish I could post a pic for you to see. 😁

Enjoyed your video. I tried to paint with acrylic and baked it on but it does not look as nice and is not as durable as the enamels. Thanks. I will make a thick application too.. . as you suggested.

What are the steps for painting my glass with enamel so that I can bake it? Do I just clean it with alcohol and paint with enamel paint and then place in oven?

Would it be dish-washable ?

Does it matter if the glass is a cheaper glass or thin? Will the heat crack the glass?

What type of paint brushes are you using to paint the glasses? The paint won't stay when I use the brushes I have been using.

You need a soft set of real fur brushes and when you paint, don't be shy and load your brush. But apply lightly. Start with dabbing and then tiny short strokes in small areas and long soft strokes in larger areas. Just have fun and work with it till you feel and see it is right.

When painting with enamels you should always wear a mask and work in a well ventilated area

Stacey patton ..you can double load your flat brush with paint for leaves. Check out Donna Dewberry one stroke videos if you like. She shows the technique for double loading and painting leaves etc.

To paint leaves. Go out from the center of what you want to resemble with a small wide brush. Then when it is done take a fine haired brush and paint the stem and vessels if you want detail. You can do this with summer green leaves and fall colored leaves, by dabbing brush in several leafy colors at one time, a real small wide brush working the colors from edge to edge works great... experiment.
