Please enjoy this inflight video showcasing a few tips on how to pack your hat when you travel. We used a standard carry-on suitcase for this video, since it is one of the most popular ways to travel.
Pack the hat upside down, place a thin layer of clothing on the bottom to protect the top of the hat from any hard bars under the suitcase lining. Then pack around the hat to protect the brim. You can place items in the crown of the hat to use the space and also give it some more stability while your bag moves around when you travel to and from the airport.
