i love this video so much. working out is LIFE changing, once you start you cant go back!!!! you have such a genuine and positive vibe btw i love it!

awww thank you so much mia!! I usually get comments on my videos but not so much my personality, i'm really appreciative of your kind words and that you got that vibe from this video!! Also i agree! if i skip working out for a week i feel a DIFFERENCE and must get back. I always leave the gym happy i went!
