I have a show tomorrow and I get really bad comp nerves. I just freeze up and I get bad distance. Once I get into a class and get nerves It’s hard to shake them off, and it dominos into the rest of my classes. This helped a lot! Thank you!

I really needed this , I have my first ever show coming up this weekend and have been so nervous , you're so amazing and I always look forward to your advice💜

This is really great! I'm doing a novice dressage show. I'm not really understanding the patterns of dressage. But I've been watching your videos and I hope they all help on the day. :)

I find your voice so relaxing, de-stressing, and inspiring. Even if I think a certain video you make has nothing to do with my riding style, I still watch it because I love to listen to you talk, especially since hearing you sound so confident inspires me. :)

This video makes me think a lot. I have competed up to medium but I always freeze (like you said) and I get a lower score then i should have. It is super disappointing and it makes me want to give up competing sometimes. I guess it is because i have low confidence in my riding. Thanks!

I have my very first horse show this Sunday, and this video has helped a ton. I'm doing a walk trot canter equitation class and a crossrails class, mentally I am thinking omg this is going to be so much fun, but physically I am sure I am going to be nervous the day of the show. But I will try to heed your advice. :)
